wee Houses by Alchemy Architects

Geoffrey Warner founded Alchemy Architecture in 1989 in an effort to “get real hands on experience”

Alchemy Architecture creates prefab modular homes based on wee House “modules”. He created the first weeHouse in 2003 and since has developed a flexible system of employing modules alone or in combination with other modules or “companions” to create a spectrum of flexible, prefabricated homes.

The Oceanside Prefab, a modern wee house prefab cabin in lovely Oceanside, on the coast of Oregon.

weeHouses are available in “mass-produced” standard models (Studio, Pair, Tall and Four Square), and as Custom weeHouses, or Custom Projects.

Wee Houses combines two 28′ x 26′ modules to form a single 28′ x 52′ structure.

There are three standard models; Pair A, Pair B and Pair C, offer slightly different versions of the same 3 BR, 2 BA 1,450 sq ft living space.
