Based on a the assembly of pre-manufactured compoenets such as SPIS structural insulated panels (SIPS) for the walls, floor and roof as well as  certified timber framing MofdestHouse offers an affordable and practical high-end alternative to custom designed homes

Pre-fabricated building components are assembled on site, saving time and materials starting cost for construction is estimated 250 USD per square foot.

Of course the final cost would be exclusive of land and any required site improvements and as expected would be dependent upon shipping and local labor rates for local tradesmen.
